FAQ

What are your opening hours?

We are open from Wednesday to Friday from 4:30 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 p.m.

What is a karaoke box?

A karaoke box is a private room just for you and your friends, which can be booked for two hours at a time. Perfectly set up for a karaoke party: party lights, velvet sofas, individually themed decor for each of our 15 boxes, soundproof doors and a wall switch for service (e.g., ordering drinks, cleaning up a spill, changing the volume, etc.) at the touch of a button! No stage fright, no waiting all night for your song, no crowded bar to contend with. Just you, your people, your songs and our service.

Is there an age requirement?

The central bar area is 18+ only. However, children and young people are welcome in the karaoke boxes as long as they are accompanied by at least one person with legal guardianship or parenting authority (with a written parenting mandate). Young people aged 16 and over are allowed to stay in the karaoke boxes until midnight, even unaccompanied.

Do you serve food?

No, but we offer crispy Japanese crackers. If you want to eat, there are many delicious restaurants (Thai, sushi, burritos and more) right outside our doorstep. You can even bring take-out and eat it around the central bar area. However, food is not allowed into our boxes (except cakes and our Japanese crackers).

Can I bring my own food & drinks?

You can bring food but you can only eat it in the central bar area, not in the boxes. You cannot bring drinks (you know, we are a bar). We charge prices from our bar menu (or comparable) for drinks you bring with you.

May I cancel my karaoke box booking?

Yes, you can – in writing to [email protected]. For the Fuji room and the Pagoda room, if you cancel your karaoke box booking more than 10 days before the booking begins, we will refund the full amount minus a €5 processing fee to your original payment method. For all other rooms, if you cancel your karaoke box booking more than 72 hours before the booking begins, we will refund the full amount minus a €5 processing fee to your original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund karaoke box bookings that are canceled within 10 days of the date of your booking for Fuji and Pagoda and within 72 hours of the start of your booking for all other rooms. You can cancel ordered bar carts until 1:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation. There is also a €5 processing fee here.

Can I rebook my booked karaoke box to a smaller box?

Yes, but for the Fuji room and Pagoda room, booking changes are only possible more than 10 days before the date of the booking and for all other rooms, booking changes are only possible more than 72 hours before the booking begins, otherwise we cannot change bookings (see also “Can I cancel my karaoke box booking?”)

Can I bring more people than stated for the box?

You can bring 1-2 more people than the number of people specified for the box. If there are more than two additional people, it becomes too cozy.

What happens if we break or dirty something in the karaoke boxes or the bar?

We understand that when you are having fun a glass or two might break, no problem. For damage that goes beyond the norm (to electronics, furniture, etc.) we charge the costs (material + craftsmen) for replacement and repair. For severe glass breakage and dirty rooms, we charge a cleaning fee of 50 EUR which will be added to your invoice.

What songs can you sing?

We have over 80,000 songs to choose from in multiple languages. You can find a complete song selection here: https://singa.com/en/songs
